Rayna received a BS at Ohio University in Athens, OH in Photo Illustration, working as an assistant for a couple of years before pursuing a degree in Design & Media. She started as an in-house designer/developer for an international conference company where she managed a small team of designers, moved on to become a production lead at a smaller conference firm and is now an independent consultant with clients in various industries including conference and IT.

With her feet in both ends of the design and technical spectrum, she communicates easily and can quickly grasp the broad scope of a project without losing the finer details.

She continues her education whenever time permits, recently completing a course on Information Architecture at NYU and always has a book about design or business in her reading rotation.

When not sitting in front of her computer pushing pixels and code, you might find her reading, crafting, writing, watching hockey, riding her motorcycle or cooking up something in the kitchen.
